These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between A1 Test Dates LTD and any individual or entity purchasing or using our driving test booking services.

By confirming a booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

We operates as an independent third-party service provider that assists clients in locating and securing practical driving test appointments with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (“DVSA”). The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DVSA in any capacity. All DVSA trademarks, intellectual property, and materials remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Upon confirmation of a booking, all sales are deemed final. Once a test slot has been accepted and payment has been received, the transaction is considered complete. The Company does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to test cancellations or rescheduling by the DVSA or any other third party. The DVSA test fee included in the transaction is non-refundable. The Company also does not facilitate exchanges, modifications, or transfers of test dates once a booking has been confirmed.

The Company shall not be held liable for any cancellations, alterations, or disruptions caused by the DVSA or any other third party. In the event that a test is cancelled, rescheduled, or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond our control, it shall remain the sole responsibility of the Client to liaise directly with the DVSA for resolution.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all personal and candidate details provided at the time of booking. Following purchase, the Client must take all necessary steps to secure and maintain their booking. The Client must ensure that no active or existing test booking is already in place, as duplicate bookings may be rejected by the DVSA system. The Company shall not be liable for any failed or voided bookings resulting from non-compliance with this requirement. It is further the Client’s responsibility to update all candidate details, including email addresses, to their personal contact information once the booking has been processed. The Company accepts no liability for missed correspondence, cancellations, or other issues arising from failure to maintain accurate contact details.

The Client agrees to communicate with the Company in a professional and respectful manner. Unwarranted, repetitive, or harassing contact, including but not limited to excessive phone calls or messages, may result in termination of the Company’s services without notice or refund.

The Company is committed to protecting your privacy and complies fully with the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) and all other applicable data protection legislation. Personal information collected by the Company is used solely for the purpose of facilitating your booking and will not be sold, shared, or otherwise disclosed to third parties except as required to perform the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to test cancellations, system failures, booking errors, or actions taken by the DVSA. The Company’s total aggregate liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service in question.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction in court.
